The process of selecting a water treatment plant is very cumbersome and requires study of water analysis, carrying out process calculations, deciding the plant components, working out costs and giving offer to Customer with P&I Diagram, Layout drawing and other technical parameters. This process takes many days and lot of to and fro communication between dealer/Regional office and Head Office. The Selection software developed by “expert_tech systems” for the Water Treatment Plant has solved this problem completely. The User has only to provide the Raw Water Analysis and Flow requirements. The extremely user friendly software does the selection, cost calculations, the P&I Diagram and Layout Drawings as well as complete technical offer all in less than a minute. The software also creates complete bill of material including costing from raw material level basis. Now the User has to only provide the Pump and Motor model, the software creates the complete fabrication drawing with raw material bill of material for fabrication. The General arrangement drawing can now be sent to Customer in less than five minutes. This has improved Customer Response time dramatically. “expert_tech systems” also provides the services on job basis to create the baseplate and General arrangement drawings for Pump Manufacturers. PUMP TESTING SOFTWARE AC PUMPS Limited, a manufacturer and exporter of large centrifugal pumps, based in Kolkata, India needs to create the Pump Characteristic curve in Excel based on test results.
