Curves from Manufacturer. We undertake complete
digitization of the characteristic curves including iso-efficiency curves. The pump selection is based
on the algorithm developed by us. It will select
pump based on duty conditions, liquid handled and
calculate power based on efficiency. It also has
provision for material selection of pump components.
A
selection software developed for all type of gear
boxes like worm, helical, planetary, geared motors,
fluid couplings, bevel gearboxes etc. Once the User
provides the Kw required and speed ratio the
software will provide the most optimum selection for
the application.
Selection software for Water Treatment Plants like
Filters, Softeners, DeMineraliser Plants, Reverse
Osmosis and any combination of the above. The
software can also create detailed engineering
drawings like P&I Diagrams, Layouts, pressure
vessels, piping, tanks etc. The software creates
complete bill of material including costing from raw
material level.
This
software can create pump baseplate drawing and GA
drawing for any pump/motor/flange combination.
Various makes of motors can be included in the
drawing.
This software converts Centrifugal Pump Test data
into a smooth H-Q, Efficiency and Power Curves in
Excel.
